CREATE OR UPDATE YOUR ALBERTA OPEN FARM DAYS LISTING
Manage Your Listing
As of 2024, Alberta Open Farm Days host farms are now able to manage their profiles.
Please review the steps below for returning farms and for new farms.
All farms were required to create a new listing in 2024. Those who have existing profiles can log in to manage their listing.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE MAKING A LISTING
- The information you provide in your registration form uploads directly to the profile.
- Please check for accuracy, spelling mistakes and descriptions before you hit send.
- It will take a few days for your profile is live. When it is complete, you will find it in the listings page here to view> as well as here to edit >
In order to complete your submission you will need:
- Photos of your farm that showcase what visitors will see such as animals/landscape/activities. Stock images are not permitted - please ensure you have the rights to any content that you upload. Logos are not experience images.
- Please change your file names to something relevant to your listing!
- Good file name example "XYZ-Farm-1.jpg" , XYZ-Farm-2.jpg" etc.
- Poor file name example "IMG125789-ABCDRandomLetters.JPG".
Poor image files and file names will not be used. - Your longitude and latitude. If you’re not sure how to get that watch this short video.
Once you have read and understood the information on this page, click the red button below to create your listing, or use the login buttons to edit your current listing if you already made a listing in the past.
STEP 1: Submit your 2025 Alberta Open Farm Days profile details.
- A listing will automatically be created when you submit this form. It will be reviewed, approved and published live by website Admins.
- A user account will ALSO be created at the same time while filling out the farm profile form.
STEP 2: Sit back and wait for the profile to go live.
Please allow a few days for the new farm profile to be approved and accessible on the website. At this stage you are done with making your profile live and accessible.
During the form farm profile submission, a website user account will be automatically created which you can use to log into the website in the future and make edits to your farm profile(s).
STEP 3: You can log in at any time to update your listing.
