The failure or delay of Alberta Open Farm Days to exercise or enforce any right in these terms does not waive Alberta Open Farm Days right to enforce that right.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

Personal Information We Collect

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number.
